• Comply with the standards identified in Tenn. Code Ann. § 33-2-1404(a) as they apply to both recovery residences and addiction treatment providers;

• Coordinate with local law enforcement and government officials to ensure clear communication and an immediate response to reported incidents;

• Respond within one business day to community concerns provided to our email; and

• Educate the community about the recovery journey and the support services available statewide.
